The outset of most of my recipes is that they do not contain: refined sugar, grains or dairy.
My body functions best without these and loves: lots of vegetables, healthy fats, proteins and carbohydrates from vegetables, fruits and legumes.
The food that suits your body best is individual. If there are ingredients you don’t tolerate well, I would be glad to help you out with other options.
